For a hockeyplayer it is important to focuse on the lost of sweat during match. You have high intensity that also use a lot of carbs.

Before

Start the last hour with drinking 500ml sportsdrink and one gel or a Bar 15 min befor start


1 x Sportsdrink 500ml or
1 x Energygel/caffein or
1 x EnergyBar

During

During the match you need to drink sportsdrink and in half time Fuel up with new energy




1 x 500ml sportsdrink in total
1 x EnergyGel or EnergyBar in halftime

After

Start with Sportsdrink right after session and a ProteinBar or you can drink a bottle of FuelUp




1 x 500ml Sportsdrink and 1 x ProteinBar or
1 x 400ml FuelUp
