During the match you need to drink sportsdrink and in half time Fuel up with new energy
1 x 500ml sportsdrink in total
1 x EnergyGel or EnergyBar in halftime
1 x EnergyGel after 70 min
After
Start with Sportsdrink right after session and a ProteinBar or you can drink a bottle of FuelUp
